About Federica Hari

Federica is a certified Hatha and Pranayama Yoga Teacher from Integral Yoga Institute New York and a Faculty member of Contemplative-Based Resilience (CBR) at the Garrison Institute NY, where she facilitates training in mind-body contemplative practices to support the wellbeing of helping professionals.

In 2023 she founded Planetary Health Yoga: a holistic approach to wellbeing which integrates mindful movement, breathing practices, meditation, relaxation techniques and nutrition to help people develop their inner capacities as a foundation for their physical and mental health. She holds a PhD in Cell Biology from the University of Oxford and 10 years of research experience in the biomedical sector.
